Traveling as a family heritage

Travel has always been a part of our lives. Our parents moved from Sicily to the U.S.A. in the 50’s and 60’s. Our dad first traveled to Southern California to follow his dreams. Years later, during a visit back to his rural Sicilian hometown, he met the woman he fell in love with. Soon after, he came back to marry her and brought her to his home in California. That’s when we come into the picture.

After we were born, we started to become accustomed to transatlantic air travel as we would often come to Sicily to keep our family ties strong with all our Sicilian relatives and friends. We grew up speaking Italian, Sicilian and English at home and we also studied other foreign languages along the years.

Then one day we all decided that Sicily was to become our permanent home. Right from the start, we both knew that our lives were connected to the world of tourism and travel and that became the focus of our studies and work experiences.

Now many years have passed since that day and together we want to share all this with you. We want you to be able to experience Sicily with its history, peoples, culture, traditions and food the way we have been doing through the years.

So now let this Sicilian journey together begin!
